11/2/13 — Green Bay 3, Des Moines 1 — Tallying his third goal of the weekend three minutes in, Irwin gave the Gamblers a lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Drew Best and Gates Jr. added with two more scores of their own in the second period, and Rutledge let just one of Des Moines’ 22 shots past him en route to a 3-1 win.
